Design Notes
To make the rpd3 promoter BBa_K1861101 BioBrick-compatible, we exchanged the T on position 133 to a C, thus removing a SpeI restriction site.
This part was not created by cloning but ordered from IDT.

The adh1 terminator included in this part is BBa_K392003.
